I remove the virus, make sure everything is working correctly and do a tuneup. A tuneup includes cleaning of temp files, updates to software and windows, bios updates, driver updates and a defrag. Fix registry errors and clean the registry. System tweaks for better performance. I will let you know if there are any other issues that need to be addressed and keep you posted on the progress every step of the way. I will also let you know if you need memory or any other parts.
